Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, DJ-1, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PRKCD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCD results are reported.
