PRKCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM78A, HRH4, and ST6GAL2. Each is linked with PRKCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM78A grouped by PRKCD-low versus PRKCD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
