PRKCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,364 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, CORO1A, and EVL. Each is linked with PRKCB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCB-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCB versus RTN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
