PRKAR2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,238 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, ABCA8, and SHE. Each is linked with PRKAR2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAR2B versus C7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
