PRKAR2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,064 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP30, MTCO1P43, and RNU7-148P. Each is linked with PRKAR2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP30 grouped by PRKAR2B-low versus PRKAR2B-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
