PRKAR2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,168 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3HC1, FAM184A, and SSX2IP. Each is linked with PRKAR2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAR2B versus ZC3HC1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
