Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,262 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, Protein deneddylation, and Protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with PRKAR2B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2B results are reported.
