PRKAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with PRKAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by PRKAG3-low versus PRKAG3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
