Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 742 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Vitamin K metabolic process. Each is linked with PRKAG3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG3 results are reported.
