PRKAG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,983 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RHEB, DDAH1, and PRKAG2_S122. Each is linked with PRKAG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAG2 versus RHEB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
