Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,838 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC5, STEAP4, and PDK4. Each is linked with PRKAG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAG2 versus CLIC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
