PRKAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Shc_pY317, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with PRKAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by PRKAG2-low versus PRKAG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
