Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,346 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of gluconeogenesis, Endoplasmic reticulum-plasma membrane tethering, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with PRKAG2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of gluconeogenesis grouped by PRKAG2-low versus PRKAG2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
