PRKAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F6, GZMK, and IL36A. Each is linked with PRKAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F6 grouped by PRKAG2-low versus PRKAG2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
