PRKAG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, TWF1, and PIP4K2C. Each is linked with PRKAG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAG1 versus MYG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
