PRKAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8062, ITGB1, and SEC24D. Each is linked with PRKAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8062 grouped by PRKAG1-low versus PRKAG1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
