The most reproducible PRKAG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cold acclimation, Lipid oxidation, and Cerebellum development. Each is linked with PRKAG1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG1 results are reported.
