Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRKACA mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRKACA data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRKACA mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRKACA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PRKACA mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
