Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKACA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,229 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BP5, ZNF136, and ZNF627. Each is linked with PRKACA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKACA versus SH3BP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
