Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKACA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE3D, OR2W5, and GAGE1. Each is linked with PRKACA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACA results are reported.
