PRKAB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,488 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAA1, PRKAG1, and HIP1R. Each is linked with PRKAB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAB1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAB1 versus PRKAA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
