PRKAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 928 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4648, BPNT2P, and MIR7976. Each is linked with PRKAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAB1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4648 grouped by PRKAB1-low versus PRKAB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
