Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phospholipid biosynthetic process, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with PRKAB1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAB1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAB1 results are reported.
