Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL7, NBEA, and C1orf115. Each is linked with PRKAA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAA2 versus TTLL7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
