Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAA2_S377, PRKAA2_S491, and DHX8. Each is linked with PRKAA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAA2 versus PRKAA2_S377 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
