PRKAA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP4P2, KRTAP1-4, and RPS19BP1. Each is linked with PRKAA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FKBP4P2 grouped by PRKAA2-low versus PRKAA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
