PRKAA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-11, H2BW2, and CCL7. Each is linked with PRKAA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-11 grouped by PRKAA2-low versus PRKAA2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
