PRIMPOL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIMPOL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,228 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIMPOL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, CDKN2AIP, and RWDD4. Each is linked with PRIMPOL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMPOL-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMPOL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIMPOL versus HPF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIMPOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIMPOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
