Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIMPOL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,169 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIMPOL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYM, CLUAP1, and NEIL3. Each is linked with PRIMPOL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMPOL-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMPOL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIMPOL versus CRYM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIMPOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIMPOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
