PRIMPOL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIMPOL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIMPOL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRPEL2P2, MIR6802, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with PRIMPOL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMPOL-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMPOL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL2P2 grouped by PRIMPOL-low versus PRIMPOL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIMPOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIMPOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
