Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRIMPOL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,268 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIMPOL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are R-loop processing, Mitochondrial DNA repair, and DNA damage tolerance. Each is linked with PRIMPOL in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMPOL-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMPOL results are reported.
