Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, CENPI, and MCM4. Each is linked with PRIM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIM2 versus GINS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
