PRIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01727, MTCO1P39, and MIR6777. Each is linked with PRIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01727 grouped by PRIM2-low versus PRIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
