PRIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with PRIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by PRIM2-low versus PRIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
