Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,225 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC5L, KIF11, and MMS22L. Each is linked with PRIM2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIM2 versus CDC5L in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
