Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,665 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with PRIM2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by PRIM2-low versus PRIM2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
