Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL131P, MIR3910-1, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with PRIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM1 results are reported.
