Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, pDC, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with PRIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM1 results are reported.
