Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRICKLE2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRICKLE2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PRICKLE2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRICKLE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where PRICKLE2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
