PRICKLE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,014 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPE, PRICKLE2-AS3, and PRR11. Each is linked with PRICKLE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRICKLE2 versus CENPE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
