PRICKLE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP11A, PRPSAP2, and EIF4E. Each is linked with PRICKLE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP11A grouped by PRICKLE2-low versus PRICKLE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
