PRICKLE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRICKLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIN001-236, AZD7762, and Tanespimycin. Each is linked with PRICKLE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIN001-236 grouped by PRICKLE2-low versus PRICKLE2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
