Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRICKLE2-AS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRICKLE2-AS3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PRICKLE2-AS3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRICKLE2-AS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.

COAD, OV, and THCA are the cancer types where PRICKLE2-AS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
