PRICKLE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,079 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SVIL, COMP, and DCN. Each is linked with PRICKLE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE1-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRICKLE1 versus SVIL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
