PRICKLE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN1, BOC, and TMEM200A. Each is linked with PRICKLE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE1-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRICKLE1 versus CCN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
