PRICKLE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP_cleaved, Notch1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PRICKLE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE1-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP_cleaved grouped by PRICKLE1-low versus PRICKLE1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
