PRH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,664 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGL, NAGK_S76, and RGS12_S661. Each is linked with PRH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRH2 versus PYGL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
