PRH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,219 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMC1, BMX, and CAB39L. Each is linked with PRH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRH2 versus DMC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
