PRH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P42, BORCS7-ASMT, and MIR6514. Each is linked with PRH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P42 grouped by PRH2-low versus PRH2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
