PRH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ4, MRPS11, and AQP7P2. Each is linked with PRH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRH1-to-partner and partner-to-PRH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ4 grouped by PRH1-low versus PRH1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
